     Dr. Rhea came to CHCS in 2005 after 32 years in public education.  He spent 28 years as a building principal, director of curriculum or district level administrator. He and his wife, Susan, have been married since 1972 and have two daughters and five grandchildren. Dr. Rhea believes that all students are capable of success and it our responsibility as educators to make that happen. He is excited to be a part of a school that embraces this fundamental belief.
